Deadline to Apply as Research Assistant for Marine Modelling Workshop


Looking for a unique job opportunity this August? Have experience with MATLAB and knowledge of Marine Ecosystems? Wendy Gentleman is recruiting Research Assistants to serve as Peer Mentors for a virtual workshop that is a pilot for a future Biology course.

Job Description: The workshop’s RAs will learn what is involved with mentoring, course design and delivery, preparing them for future jobs that require such knowledge and experience. They will also solidify their modeling competency by explaining modeling approaches, coding practices and deductive reasoning.

RAs will be paid approximately $16/hr, and are also eligible for co-curricular record credit.
