Cali Brown

Communications Lead

Cali is an undergraduate student at Dalhousie University pursuing a BSc Honours in marine biology with a minor in sustainability, a certificate in aquaculture and the environment, and a certificate in environmental impact assessment.  Her role as a science communications intern at the Ocean Tracking Network introduced her to the world of communications outside of an academic setting, and she now enjoys turning scientific jargon into aesthetically pleasing and digestible material for a wide range of audiences. When she’s not working as a teaching assistant or researching Mackerel in the Lennox Lab, Cali can be found painting, hiking, and hanging out with friends.
